    I am getting this issue while converting gnet1.caffemodel and gnet1.prototxt to GTI 2801s runable.

    $ make gnet1
    gticoefconvt: 3.1-p000: (c) Copyright 2017-2018 Gyrfalcon Technology Inc.
    Input :
    Network : inputs/gnet1/gnet1.prototxt
    Weights : inputs/gnet1/gnet1.caffemodel
    JsonConfig: inputs/gnet1/gnet1.json
    Test Image: inputs/gnet1/gnet1_test_image.dat
    updateJson: 1
    meanRemove: 0
    slicing : 0
    batchNorm : 0
    EditedWeight : cnn_weights_gnet1/Gain_Edited.caffemodel
    jsonConfEdited : cnn_weights_gnet1/gtiEditedConfig.json
    Output COEF : cnn_weights_gnet1/output_coef_conv.dat

    init_caffe(): End of loading network inputs/gnet1/gnet1.prototxt, weight: inputs/gnet1/gnet1.caffemodel …
    Segmentation fault (core dumped)

    How to rectify this problem?

    Hi David, I strongly believe your issue is with the environment setup.

    1) Install pip v9.0.1
    2) Install opencv 3.2 version
    3) Install caffe (I’ve installed version 1.0 from here https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/releases ).
    4) Update caffe installation with GTI suggestions. The easiest way is to use for example ultraCompare tool to have the files side by side to finalize caffe proto merge (note, merge is only required for caffe versions other than 1.0, if it’s v1.0 simply replace original caffe proto with GTI one).
    5) export PATH=$PATH:/your_caffe_path/build/tools
    6) export PYTHONPATH=/your_caffe_path/python:$PYTHONPATH
    7) Additional dependencies for caffe:
    sudo apt-get install python-skimage
    sudo apt-get install cython
    sudo pip install protobuf

    hope this helps.
