    Hello, let me show your GTILibrary.dll problem on GTISDK-Windows10_x86_64_v4.5.0.1.

    Cannot find my 2801 device on windows10 64bit.
    I find PLAI include GTILibrary.dll and try to execute.

    They can find the device!

    It looks problem occer only on v4.5.0 not on v3.5.0.
